Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Contractor Support: Oversee end-to-end contractor lifecycle management, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to streamline HR workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve scalability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Recruitment, Finance, Legal) to align HR operations with business objectives.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local and international labor laws, company policies, and data protection regulations.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track KPIs to measure team performance, contractor satisfaction, and operational success.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to upskill team members and enhance service quality.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve escalated contractor or team issues with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in a remote or global setting).
- HR Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday), ATS, and payroll platforms.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws, contractor agreements, and compliance requirements (Philippines/SEA experience a plus).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex HR issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a global team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
