Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Contribute to HR strategy development and implementation to improve organizational efficiency.
- Monitor workplace compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR support, recruitment, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
