Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements, benefits administration, and tax compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to the needs of an international school environment.
- Facilitate employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Organize and lead employee engagement activities, training programs, and professional development opportunities.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, hiring efficiency, and employee satisfaction, to drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with school leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and educational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within the education sector or international organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
