Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events to build talent pipelines.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in background verification processes.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to track hiring metrics and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, HR best practices, and labor laws (training provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
