Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for government projects, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with local labor laws and organizational goals.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture and improve retention.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration for contract and temporary staff.
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to track key metrics (e.g., turnover, hiring efficiency) and present insights to stakeholders.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to upskill teams and support career progression.
- Ensure compliance with government and industry regulations in all HR-related activities.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve workplace conflicts and grievances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a government, consulting, or multinational environment.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
