Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to employee needs and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements across teams.
- Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) to enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in staff development to ensure innovative training solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting training initiatives and employee development opportunities.
- Manage training budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless program execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or HR setting.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for employee development and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
