Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive recruitment reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Ensure all recruitment processes and documentation comply with local labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement data-driven solutions.
- Conduct regular audits of recruitment activities to ensure adherence to compliance requirements and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, presenting findings to senior management with actionable insights.
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Provide training and support to recruitment team members on compliance-related matters and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or compliance roles, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in using HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of labor laws, recruitment compliance, and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
