Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and manage interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and post engaging job advertisements to attract high-quality applicants.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
- Collaborate with team members to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (part-time or full-time).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Confidence in engaging with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle changing priorities.
