Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for manufacturing and corporate roles.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in a competitive market.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Design and execute talent development programs, including training, mentorship, and career pathing initiatives.
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and talent pipeline health.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to align local practices with Coca-Cola’s talent management frameworks.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance Coca-Cola’s reputation as a top employer in Bali.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring and development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting and talent development in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, or talent management systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and present actionable insights.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
