Responsibility
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Design and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Track and analyze KPIs to measure HR effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee HR reporting and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals and growth plans.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
