As a General Affairs Officer, you will oversee a wide range of administrative, logistical, and operational tasks to support our team and maintain an efficient, organized work environment. Responsibility
- Manage and maintain office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and workspace organization.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, cleaning, and security.
- Handle administrative tasks such as document filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement processes.
- Provide general support to HR and other departments for operational needs.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in general affairs, office administration, or HR support roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
- Familiarity with procurement, vendor management, and budget tracking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to task management.
