Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Handle administrative tasks such as leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll support.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
- Support the HR team in implementing company policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
