Responsibility
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements in compliance with local labor laws.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation with confidentiality and precision.
- Coordinate office administration, including supply procurement, vendor management, and facility upkeep.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee development initiatives.
- Handle general affairs tasks, such as visa/work permit processing, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
- Assist in organizing training programs and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or general affairs (internships included).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and payroll systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
