Responsibility
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee general affairs, including office administration, facility management, and vendor relations.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, payroll, and general affairs.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software; experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and training programs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
