Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals and local labor regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to support professional growth and development.
  • Organize and facilitate training programs, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and documentation in compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations in Indonesia (or willingness to learn).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
