Responsibility
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance Uniqlo's reputation as a top employer.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content for employer branding campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize hiring strategies and improve talent acquisition efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, job portals, and industry networks to attract diverse talent.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and employer branding events.
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on employer branding KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or HR, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employer branding initiatives.
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, social media strategies, and digital branding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
