As a key member of our HR team, youâll leverage cutting-edge recruitment strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experienceâfrom sourcing to onboarding. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding outsourcing solutions to global clients.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for various roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, conducting assessments, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting a positive candidate experience and company culture.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in outsourcing or BPO industries.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) or recruitment are highly advantageous.
