Responsibility
- Process and manage payroll transactions accurately and in compliance with local regulations.
- Administer employee benefits and total rewards programs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and requests from employees and managers, providing exceptional service.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve service efficiency.
- Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or shared services.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, and employee benefits administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
