Responsibility
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with local labor laws and company values.
- Partner with department heads to identify talent needs and execute strategic hiring plans.
- Lead performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with Indonesian employment regulations.
- Resolve employee relations issues with diplomacy and fairness, fostering a positive work environment.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (preferred) or willingness to adapt quickly.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments is highly advantageous.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus.
