Responsibility
- Oversee compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company HR policies to ensure legal adherence.
- Manage end-to-end payroll administration, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefits distribution.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including onboarding, training, and retention programs.
- Coordinate office and facility management to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and organizational development.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with management to align HR practices with business objectives and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in office and facility management is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
