Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct workforce planning to identify current and future hiring needs in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Utilize recruitment analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize hiring processes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, or HR business partner roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is advantageous.
