Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company values and local labor laws.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable packages for all employees.
- Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and support organizational growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to legal and company standards.
- Drive employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition schemes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
