Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including headhunting, social media recruitment, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, leveraging both active and passive candidate sourcing techniques.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
- Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, feedback, and a smooth recruitment journey.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful hires.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for employer branding and creating a positive candidate experience.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
