Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and identifying top talent using AI-driven recruitment tools.
- Analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring strategies and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Support the development of employer branding initiatives to attract high-potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes.
- Assist in creating data-driven reports on recruitment metrics and trends.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
- Stay updated on industry trends in AI, data analytics, and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in HR, Business, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong interest in recruitment, data analytics, and AI applications in HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or Python) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with APAC talent markets is an advantage.
- Available for a full-time internship starting in 2026.
