Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including contracts, attendance, and personnel files, in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Process payroll and benefits administration, liaising with finance and external providers as needed.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Organize and facilitate employee training programs, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and professional resolutions.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with HRIS or payroll software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
