Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HR software and tools for recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
