Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the organization.
- Implement and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that training programs meet the specific needs of their teams.
- Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure they are current and relevant.
- Monitor and report on the progress and success of training initiatives to senior management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
