Responsibility
- Partner with BPO leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment.
- Drive employee engagement programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Oversee talent management processes, including performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating HR-related risks.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and onboard top talent for key roles.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve workforce effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or similar strategic role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in the BPO or service industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
