Responsibility
- Proactively identify and onboard prospective customers to the seen.asia platform, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.
- Enter and validate new customer data with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all mandatory fields are complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach strategies for customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze onboarding metrics (e.g., conversion rates, drop-off points) to optimize processes.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Provide timely support to new users, addressing inquiries and resolving onboarding-related issues.
- Generate reports and insights on customer behavior and platform usage to inform growth strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends in HR tech, recruitment, and SaaS to propose innovative improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer onboarding, recruitment, or data entry (1+ years preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2 level or higher).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and data management systems.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in data handling.
- Familiarity with HR software, ATS, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
