As a TA Specialist, you will support the Recruiting Team by efficiently executing administrative duties and actively participating in all recruiting processes. Your role will be crucial in identifying top talent, ensuring a seamless hiring experience, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Prepare and distribute job postings on various platforms.
- Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Team, including documentation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices is a plus.
