Responsibility
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement programs and workplace culture initiatives.
- Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to address workforce challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in BPO or multinational settings.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven leadership in talent development and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS and data-driven HR decision-making.
- Willingness to relocate to Bohol (relocation support provided).
