Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates to meet organizational needs.
- Design and implement HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from scratch, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and execute employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, including payroll, benefits, and workplace safety standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and organize professional development programs.
- Manage HR budgets, metrics, and reporting to track efficiency and ROI of HR initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR best practices, organizational design, and change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, HR policy development, and compliance management.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in building HR processes from scratch in a startup or scaling organization is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
