Responsibility
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and align learning priorities with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs (workshops, e-learning, on-the-job training) for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to create customized learning solutions that address specific team or role requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and assessments to ensure ROI on learning initiatives.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid integration into the company culture.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital tools to facilitate accessible, scalable training.
- Mentor and coach internal trainers to maintain high standards of delivery and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends in L&D and recommend innovative approaches to enhance employee development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training impact and report on outcomes.
- Passion for continuous learning and a collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving.
