Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the commercial teams.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective training programs tailored to the needs of the business.
- Deliver high-impact training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules to enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training initiatives with business objectives and strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure our programs remain innovative and relevant.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and career development.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
