As a TA Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing administrative recruitment tasks, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Responsibility
- Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in open roles.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring logistics for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build talent pools.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to the TA team and leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment coordination.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
