Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance the companyâs reputation in the market.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Leverage data analytics to track recruitment metrics, optimize hiring processes, and improve candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with universities and industry groups.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a multinational or healthcare environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior-level positions in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employer branding, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
