Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive workforce planning.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursements.
- Develop and implement organizational development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and maintaining ethical standards.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve processes and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR shared services and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP, talent acquisition, or shared services.
- Proven track record in payroll management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required; additional languages are a plus.
