Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive massage training programs for students.
- Provide hands-on instruction in various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and Balinese massage.
- Mentor and evaluate students to ensure they meet professional standards.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the wellness center, including scheduling and staff coordination.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism in the training environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance curriculum and training methodologies.
- Conduct workshops and seminars to promote wellness and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Certification in therapeutic massage from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing massage therapist.
- Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in a wellness or educational setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of various massage techniques and their therapeutic benefits.
