Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR documents.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, market trends, and competitive benchmarking.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials and coordinating logistics.
- Provide support in employee relations, including addressing queries and assisting with conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to gain practical experience in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
