Responsibility

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Administer government-mandated benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG for Philippine-based roles or equivalent Indonesian benefits).
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports to government agencies as required.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with finance and management teams to ensure alignment on compensation and budgeting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on payroll processing and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and government-mandated benefits (Philippine or Indonesian).
  • Proficient in payroll software and HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, or local equivalents).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
