Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration under supervision.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace efficiency and culture.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws (training will be provided).
- Attention to detail and a high level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
