Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company objectives and local labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to track workforce productivity, turnover, and engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
