Responsibility
- Assist senior recruiters in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a variety of roles across industries.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate fit for client requirements.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline using databases, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles and feedback reports to internal teams and clients.
- Support the onboarding process for successful placements, including contract preparation and reference checks.
- Participate in client meetings to understand hiring needs and market trends.
- Contribute to recruitment marketing initiatives, including job postings and employer branding campaigns.
Qualifications
- A bachelorâs degree in any discipline (HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields are a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive and resilient mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
- Passion for people and sales, with a natural ability to build rapport and influence outcomes.
- Eligibility to work in Indonesia (visa sponsorship may be discussed for exceptional candidates).
- Availability to commit to a full-time, office-based role in Canggu, Bali.
