Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Assist the HR team with recruitment logistics, onboarding, and employee record-keeping.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including memos, announcements, and meeting schedules.
- Oversee compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle documentation and reporting for management review, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with government agencies, clients, and partners for permits, licenses, and other administrative requirements.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives for office operations without compromising quality or efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general affairs, HR support, or administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and corporate compliance standards.
- Highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
