Responsibility
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
- Create and optimize job postings for maximum visibility on job boards, social media, and company career pages.
- Screen and shortlist candidates through resume reviews, initial interviews, and assessments (including psychological tests).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications to validate candidate qualifications.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and proactively engage passive candidates.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or procurement sectors.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for mid-to-senior-level positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with psychological testing methods and interview techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
