Responsibility
- Support the full Learning & Development (L&D) function, including needs assessment, program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Manage the entire cycle of training administration, from scheduling and logistics to participant registration and feedback collection.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and program outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D to ensure our programs remain innovative and impactful.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a related HR function.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
