Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for F&B roles.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to the F&B industry.
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management in coordination with finance teams.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct performance reviews, training needs assessments, and career development programs for staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations, including work permits for expatriate employees.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and improve communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment contracts, and payroll systems.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
