Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Manage daily HR paperwork, including contracts, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and track company equipment assigned to employees, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance and leave records.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely responses to HR-related questions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR administrative or assistant role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
