Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure timely hiring of top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personal details, and performance documentation in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices to mitigate risks and maintain a fair workplace.
- Oversee office administration, including vendor management, office supplies, and facility maintenance to create a productive work environment.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, such as attendance, turnover, and performance metrics, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including events, surveys, and feedback sessions to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Liaise with government agencies, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.
