Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
  • Oversee employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and employee well-being.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and team-building activities to enhance workplace culture.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure the company’s compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in payroll administration and benefits management is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
